Terms of sale for the Learning Agreement

TuAgreement (tuagreement.es) is another website of the same owner, where this service was sold under that name.

A draft of your Learning Agreement, with proposed equivalences, which your coordinator reviews and signs.

• For each course you give us, we look in the host university's official catalogue for one or more that could fit, and we give you the link to its source when we have it.
• It is prepared by an artificial intelligence system. The AI does not invent courses: it only organises what the official catalogue says, and we check that each name appears in it.
• You receive the draft by email and can see it in your Go-Erasmus account.

What it is not: it is not an official document and nobody has approved it. Your university decides. We cannot guarantee that your coordinator will accept the equivalences.

1. You create an account or log in to yours.
2. You fill in your details, your host university and your courses.
3. You see the order summary with the total price. Before paying you can go back and correct any detail.
4. You tick the acceptance boxes and click the payment button.
5. You pay with Stripe.
6. We send you the draft.

We keep your order and the version of these terms you accepted. You can see the draft in your account. You can download these terms with the button above.

You can buy in any of the website's languages. The contract is governed by the Spanish version of these terms; the others are courtesy translations.

• First destination: €15.00. Each additional destination in the same request: €5.00.
• Prices include VAT.
• There are no extra charges and no subscription. You pay once.
• You pay by card or by other means offered by Stripe on the payment screen. We do not see your card details.
• If you have a coupon, the discount is shown in the summary before you pay.

You usually receive the draft within a few minutes, by email. If you do not receive it, write to us at goerasmusoficial@gmail.com with your order number.

We always deliver the draft. If a course has no clear equivalence, the draft includes proposals or alternatives for you to discuss with your coordinator, and we help you by email.

• Free revision: if your coordinator asks for changes, we will help you redo the draft at no cost for 60 days from delivery. Write to us with your order number and what you have been asked to change.
• Refund of the full amount if we cannot deliver the draft because of a fault on our side.
• Since the draft is always delivered, there is no automatic refund because a course has no clear equivalence: that is what the alternatives and our help by email are for.
• There is no refund because your coordinator does not accept the equivalences: that decision is theirs. If they ask for changes, you have the free revision.

None of this limits your consumer rights (sections 7 and 8).

You have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving any reason, from the day the contract is concluded.

When you lose it. The draft is prepared in minutes. That is why, before paying, we ask whether you want us to start right away. If you ask us to and you accept that you lose the right of withdrawal, you lose it as soon as we deliver the draft. We confirm this to you by email.

If you withdraw before delivery after asking us to start, you pay only for the part already done (TRLGDCU art. 108.3).

How to withdraw. Send us a clear statement at goerasmusoficial@gmail.com or by post to Plaza de Oriente, 8, 28013 Madrid (España). You can use the model below, although it is not mandatory. You can also do it online, in two steps, at Withdraw from the contract here.

Refund. We refund everything you paid without delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days from the day you tell us you are withdrawing (TRLGDCU art. 107.1), using the same means of payment.

If the draft is not what is described in section 2 (for example, courses you gave us are missing or the link to the source does not match), you have the rights the law gives consumers for lack of conformity: that we correct it or, if that is not possible, a price reduction or a refund.

• We prepare the draft with care, but it may contain errors. Review it before submitting it.
• We are not responsible for your university's decision or for changes it makes to its catalogue.
• We do not limit our liability where the law does not allow this in respect of a consumer.

If you need an invoice, request it by email at goerasmusoficial@gmail.com with your order number and your tax details (name, tax ID and address).

We process your data to prepare the draft, charge for it and send it to you. We explain everything in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence, and if you live in another EU country you keep the protections your country's law gives you.

We may change these terms for future orders. Your order is governed by the version you accepted, which we keep with it.
